Currently, FKLI Dec is trading at 15 pts discount. The discount is too wide and is bound to close back. However, cash mkt is going downtrend. Watch the 62% retractment of cash mkt. Generally, if cash does not selldown any more i.e. -0.5 pts, the discount will narrow to 8 or 9 pts.
